Helen is a professional coach and leadership development specialist. She has 20 years' experience in professional services organisations and large corporates, most recently as the Head of Leadership and Skills Development for the UK in one of the ‘Big 4’ accounting firms. Helen has experience of working with leaders, teams, those in transition and women both returning to the workplace and wishing to progress their career more broadly.
Helen is a qualified coach (EMCC practitioner), holds an MA in Personnel and Development and is a Member of the CIPD. She is certified in EQi 2.10, Hogan Personality Inventory, Hogan Motives Values Preferences Inventory, Hogan Development Survey, and MBTI Step 1 and Step II.
Charlotte Jarrett Badman
Charlotte helps her clients to maximise their potential through her pragmatic and supportive coaching style. She has been a Magistrate for over a decade and leverages this experience to assist her clients in developing their own critical thinking and decision-making skills. Her judicial role means she is adept at working empathetically with people from diverse backgrounds, beliefs and orientations. Charlotte has also enjoyed a successful career in professional services, having worked in a client-facing capacity for a ‘Big 4’ accounting firm and a top tier management consultancy. Charlotte has consulted nationally and globally, and specialised in both the financial and media sectors.
